This role focuses on evaluating, managing, and safeguarding patents to strengthen our R&D and product portfolio strategy.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- 🔍 Conduct patent landscape studies to identify innovation trends and opportunities.
- ⚖️ Perform Freedom to Operate (FTO) analyses to assess risks for new product development.
- 📊 Support product selection and portfolio planning by evaluating IP potential and gaps.
- 🕵️♂️ Monitor competitor IP filings, industry developments, and regulatory updates.
- ✍️ Assist in drafting and reviewing patent applications and IP-related documents.
- 🤝 Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and legal teams to protect company innovations.
💡 Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulations and IP management.
- Experience in patent searches, analysis, and reporting.
- Knowledge of global patent databases (WIPO, USPTO, EPO).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
